1. Who this applies to

Anyone using this website, anyone signed in to a client workspace, and any client whose site the studio hosts or maintains.

2. Do not

• Break the law, or help someone else break it.
• Attempt to reach data, accounts, or systems that are not yours — including by guessing identifiers, tampering with requests, or using someone else’s credentials.
• Probe, scan, or stress-test our systems without written permission. Good-faith security research is welcome under the rules on the Security page.
• Upload malware, or anything designed to damage or take control of a system.
• Scrape the site at a rate that degrades it, or bypass rate limits and access controls.
• Copy the site’s design or code to build a competing product, or resell its content.
• Send spam or unsolicited commercial messages through any form or workspace feature.
• Impersonate the studio, its staff, or another client.
• Upload content you have no right to use, or content that is unlawful, defamatory, hateful, or sexual involving minors.

3. Hosted client sites

Where the studio hosts or maintains a site for you, the same rules apply to what is published on it. We will not host content that is unlawful, that infringes someone else’s rights, or that is used to defraud people. Nor will we host claims we know to be false — a fabricated review, an invented certification, a statistic with no source behind it. That is a standard the studio applies to its own marketing and it does not stop at our own front door.

4. Automated access

Search engine crawlers are welcome. Everything else — bulk downloaders, scrapers, and crawlers gathering training data — should read robots.txt and respect it. Automated access that ignores it, or that loads the site heavily enough to affect other visitors, may be blocked without notice.

5. What happens if this is breached

Depending on what happened, we may warn you, remove content, suspend an account, block an address, end an engagement under the Client Terms, or report the matter to the authorities. For anything that puts other clients’ data at risk we will act first and explain afterwards. Where the person involved is a client acting in good faith, we will always talk to you before doing anything drastic.

6. Reporting misuse

If you see something on this site, or on a site we host, that breaches this policy, tell us at hello@silvanestudios.com. Include a link and what the problem is. We investigate every report and will tell you what we did.
