The rules the studio holds itself to.

Eleven documents, written in plain language rather than borrowed boilerplate. Each one describes what actually happens: the vendors named are the vendors the software calls, and the cookies listed are the cookies the site sets. If a practice changes, the document changes with it.

  • Reading the site. Terms of Use, the Privacy Policy, and the Cookie Policy.
  • Working with us. Client Terms and the payments policy, alongside the proposal you signed. The proposal wins where they disagree.
  • Buying an Edition or template. The licence and the payments policy.

A note on these pages

Silvanè Studios is a small independent studio in Ontario, Canada. These documents are written to be read, not to be impenetrable, and they avoid claiming certifications the studio does not hold. If something here is unclear or looks wrong, say so and it gets fixed: hello@silvanestudios.com.
