Websites for education.

Parents, teachers and funders all arrive at the same homepage. Each should find their way in a step or two.

Silvanè Studios · Fergus, Ontario

For education & youth01

Silvanè Studios designs websites for schools, youth organizations, child-safety and education charities, and training programs, from our studio in Fergus to organizations across Ontario, Canada and beyond, working remotely. Every site is built around its audiences, so parents, educators, young people, funders and policymakers each reach what they need, and supporting the work is never more than a tap away.

The brief02

What a website for education & youth has to do

  1. 01

    A door for each audience

Parents, schools and teachers, young people, funders and policymakers each get a clear route, instead of one menu for everyone.

  2. 02

    Resources people can find

Guides, lesson materials, research and reports organised by who they're for and searchable, not buried in news posts.

  3. 03

    Talks and workshops, booked online

Schools and groups can see what you offer, check availability and request a session without an email chain.

  4. 04

    Campaigns your team can launch

A homepage campaign slot staff can switch for each launch or awareness week, with donate and support pathways throughout.

Where it goes wrong03

Why most education sites fall short

Years of good resources, and nobody can find them.

Education organizations publish constantly: guides, research, campaign pages, event notices. Without a structure built around the audiences, the best material sinks, parents and teachers give up, and funders can't see the impact at a glance.

The approach04

Built for trust and for reporting.

We design to WCAG 2.2 AA so every parent, student and teacher can use the site, keep privacy and safeguarding in mind wherever young people are involved, and set up analytics events so you can show funders what's working. We work on the platform you already use, often WordPress, train your team to run it, and respond to tenders and RFPs as well as direct enquiries.

See how we work for other businesses in selected work, and how a project runs in our process.

Questions05

Questions education & youth ask

Do you respond to tenders and RFPs?
Yes, including international ones. Send us the brief and we'll reply with a proposal, a timeline and a fixed price for the scope.
Can our team switch homepage campaigns themselves?
Yes. A campaign slot on the homepage is designed so staff can change it for each launch without a developer.
Can you set up analytics we can report to funders?
Yes. We set up Google Analytics 4 key events, such as donations, bookings and resource downloads, through your existing Tag Manager where you have one.
Do you work with organizations outside Canada?
Yes. We work remotely and plan meetings around your time zone.
