Websites for nonprofits.
Your mission deserves more than a donate button in the footer.

Silvanè Studios · Fergus, Ontario
Silvanè Studios designs websites for nonprofits, charities and foundations, including arts organizations, from our studio in Fergus to organizations across Ontario, Canada and beyond, working remotely. Every site is built around the people you serve and the people who support you: the mission in a sentence, a clear path for each audience, and donating, joining or attending one tap away.
What a website for nonprofits has to do
- 01
The mission in a sentence
A visitor should understand what you do, and for whom, before they scroll.
- 02
A path for every audience
Families, members, schools, funders, volunteers and press each reach what they came for in a step or two, instead of one menu for everyone.
- 03
Donate, join, attend
Visible on every page and short on a phone, connected to the donation, membership and events tools you already use.
- 04
Run by your own team
Staff and volunteers can post news, swap a campaign onto the homepage and add events without a developer.
Why most nonprofit sites fall short
They grew one program at a time, and it shows.
Years of programs, campaigns and reports end up in one long menu that only staff can navigate. Supporters who wanted to give, sign up or find help leave before they find the button. A clear structure is often worth more than a new look.
Built on what you already use.
We work on the platform your organization already runs, whether that's WordPress, Squarespace or another CMS, and keep your membership, events, donation and email tools connected rather than replacing them. Sites are designed to WCAG 2.2 AA accessibility, with analytics set up so you can report on what's working to your board and funders. We respond to RFPs and tenders as well as direct enquiries.

Questions nonprofits ask
- Do you respond to RFPs and tenders?
- Yes. Send us the brief or the tender documents and we'll reply with a proposal, a timeline and a fixed price for the scope.
- Can you work with our existing platform?
- Usually, yes. We design on WordPress, Squarespace and other common platforms, and keep your donation, membership, events and email tools connected.
- Will our staff be able to update the site?
- Yes. Staff and volunteers are trained to post news, add events and change the homepage campaign themselves.
- Is the site accessible?
- Sites are designed to WCAG 2.2 AA: contrast, type, heading structure, keyboard use and alt text, checked before launch.
- Do you offer nonprofit pricing?
- Every site is scoped to the organization and its budget. The pricing page lists starting points; get in touch with your budget and we'll tell you honestly what it covers.
