For barbershops01

Silvanè Studios designs websites for barbershops, from single-chair shops to multi-location brands, from our studio in Fergus to shops across Guelph, Kitchener-Waterloo and the GTA. Every site is built around how people actually choose a barber: the shop, the barber, the price, then the booking.

The brief02

What a website for barbershops has to do

  1. 01

Book the barber, not just the shop

Clients are loyal to a person. The booking should start with the barber they want, with every barber's profile one tap away.

  2. 02

Put the prices on the menu

Every service with its price and how long it takes, before anyone has to ask.

  3. 03

    Show your own cuts

Your barbers' real work, not stock photos of scissors. It is the reason a new client picks your chair.

  4. 04

    Make the first visit easy

The right location, the hours, parking and what to expect, with each shop on its own page if you have more than one.

Where it goes wrong03

Why most barbershop sites fall short

A booking link is not a website.

Many shops have a booking link and nothing else, or a page with no prices anywhere. A new client choosing between three shops on their phone picks the one that answers their questions fastest. That is what the site is for.

The work04

Barbershops · three locations · Guelph and Fergus, Ontario

The Barber Lounge

Three shops since 2017, one standard, and a website built around how people actually choose a barber.

  • Choose your shop first. The homepage starts with the three locations, or uses your location to find the closest one.
  • A page for every location. Each shop has its own page with hours, directions and booking, set up to be found in Guelph and Fergus searches.
  • Every barber, a profile. Clients can book the exact barber they want, not just the shop.

Works with your booking app

We design around the booking system you already use, so clients book the way your barbers already manage their chairs. Each location gets its own page, set up to be found in local searches, and the studio also makes short recent-cuts reels for the shop's Instagram.

Questions05

Questions barbershops ask

Can the site work with my booking app?
Usually, yes. We design around the booking system you already use, so clients book the way your barbers manage their chairs.
We have more than one location. Can each have its own page?
Yes. The Barber Lounge's site gives each of its three shops its own page, booking and directions.
Do you make videos for barbershops too?
Yes. Social video is one of the studio's services, including recent-cuts reels for a shop's Instagram.
How much does a barbershop website cost?
Every site is scoped to the business. The pricing page lists honest starting points, and Digital Editions offer original designs sold to one business only.
